Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a tech-savvy Digital Growth & Performance Manager to lead our marketing engine. This is a role for a "Full-Stack" marketer who lives and breathes the LinkedIn ecosystem, masters the art of PPC, and leverages the latest AI and MarTech tools to drive hyper-growth.

You aren't just managing social media; you are building a lead-generation machine that integrates paid media, organic content, and strategic high-level partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn Mastery: Deep-dive management of our LinkedIn presence. This includes managing the Corporate Page, the LinkedIn Career Page, and executing sophisticated Executive Branding for senior leadership to position them as industry thought leaders.
• PPC & Performance Leadership: Full ownership of high-budget campaigns on LinkedIn Ads (Account-Based Marketing focus) and Meta Ads.
• Managing Taboola/Outbrain campaigns to diversify traffic and drive top-of-funnel awareness.
• Continuous A/B testing, pixel implementation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• The Tech Stack: Daily use of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for high-speed content and image production.
• Advanced design work using Canva to create professional ad creatives and event assets.
• Mastering Email Marketing & Automation tools for monthly newsletters and event nurturing.
• Growth & SEO/GEO: Optimizing our digital footprint through SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure our brand leads the conversation in AI-driven search results.
• Event Tech & Operations: End-to-end digital management of conferences—from building high-converting landing pages to managing the automated "Invite-to-Lead" funnel.
• Strategic Partnerships: Actively "pounding the pavement" to secure and manage high-value partnerships (Calcalist, Bank Leumi, VCs) and PR opportunities.

Technical Requirements:

• Deep Expertise in LinkedIn Ads: You must know how to navigate the Campaign Manager inside out, from Matched Audiences to Lead Gen Forms.
• Advanced PPC Knowledge: Proven experience in Meta Ads and Discovery platforms (Taboola/Outbrain).
• MarTech Native: Proficiency in Canva, AI prompt engineering, and CRM/Automation systems.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data, track ROI, and manage external lead-generation vendors with a critical eye.
• 3-5 Years of Experience: Specifically in performance-heavy roles within B2B, High-Tech, or Recruitment sectors.
• Execution-First Approach: A "boots-on-the-ground" mentality, someone who can pivot from analyzing a dashboard to closing a partnership deal.
