You'll own the sales process from start to finish:

• Speak with warm, pre-qualified prospects who have already expressed interest
• Conduct discovery calls to understand career goals, motivations, and challenges
• Present our programs confidently and professionally
• Handle objections and close deals with integrity
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Monday.com
• Collaborate with marketing and operations.
  

You may be a great fit if you:

• Were raised in the US or Canada
• Have at least 1-2 years of phone-based B2C sales experience
• Know how to build trust and rapport quickly
• Enjoy consultative selling rather than high-pressure tactics
• Are highly motivated by targets, performance, and commission
• Learn technology and systems quickly
