A large government organization in Jerusalem is looking for a VP of Product Management to establish, lead, and integrate the product management discipline within its Technology Division. This is a strategic and operational leadership role overseeing 10+ complex core projects, while setting professional standards and building a high-caliber team.
This position is hybrid — 2 days from the office, 3 days remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Define methodologies, product lifecycle processes, and unified tooling for all product managers across the organization.
- Directly manage product managers, provide professional mentorship, and design training programs to elevate team performance.
- Define product strategy for core projects, manage and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, and synchronize across roadmaps.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track product success and measure impact on users and the organization.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and executive leadership to ensure maximum value delivery.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 6 years managing complex products at global tech/high-tech companies.
- Proven track record of defining KPIs and metrics to measure product success.
- Proven experience directly managing at least 5 product managers or teams of PMs and/or project managers (manager-of-managers experience).
- Experience building product strategy, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing in complex organizations.
- Proven collaboration with engineering and UX/UI design teams.
