About The Role:

We are looking for a curious, sharp, and business-oriented tech enthusiast to join the business side of IBI’s self-trading activity in an implementation-focused role.

The role involves working with AI systems, building prompts, optimizing knowledge bases, monitoring performance, and improving AI-driven solutions across customer service and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Write, improve, and optimize prompts, flows, and responses for customers and service representatives
• Adapt professional and business knowledge into structures and processes that AI agents can effectively utilize
• Perform quality assurance and performance analysis for AI solutions, identify gaps, and continuously improve existing systems
• Support the implementation of new AI solutions and provide guidance and training to users and employees
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, technology teams, customer service, sales, regulation, legal, and compliance teams

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in building, improving, or optimizing prompts for AI systems, intelligent agents, bots, or automation tools
• Experience may come from personal projects, freelance work, communities, academic studies, or volunteer work
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to generate accurate, high-quality outputs
• Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw insights and conclusions
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or digital projects - an advantage
• Experience in the capital markets and/or self-trading - a significant advantage
