Real Estate Operations & Investments Manager

Origire is a rapidly growing residential real estate platform focused on sourcing, acquiring, renovating and managing residential investment opportunities across Greece.

Backed by VAR GROUP’s long-term real estate and investment experience, Origire combines local execution, market intelligence and technology-driven analysis to identify scalable opportunities in the Greek residential market.

We are looking for an Athens-based real estate professional to help manage and expand operations on the ground in Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage residential real estate opportunities

• Coordinate acquisitions, renovations, leasing and sales processes

• Work with lawyers, engineers, contractors, brokers and property managers

• Support valuations, underwriting and execution

• Help manage day-to-day operations and problem solving across projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of real estate experience

• Understanding of valuations, renovations, leasing, sales and investments

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Fluent Greek and English

• Reliable, practical and execution-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

• Athens based

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and growth potential inside a rapidly expanding platform.
