We are looking for a visionary Lead Engineering Owner to join our team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovative R&D and high-scale industrial production.

If you are a master of hardware lifecycles and want to own the transition from "prototype" to "world-class product," this is your mission.

What you’ll do: 🔹 Bridge the Gap: Transform cutting-edge system designs into robust, manufacturable products. 🔹 Own the Lifecycle: Lead engineering ownership from R&D through to global deployment. 🔹 Scale: Build the supplier infrastructure and NPI processes for our next generation of intelligent robots.

What we’re looking for: ✅ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. ✅ Proven experience leading complex electromechanical product lifecycles. ✅ Expertise in manufacturing technologies (specifically high-pressure plastic injection molding). ✅ Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Location: Tel Aviv/ Sharon District (Full-time, On-site)
