We are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Team Lead for a full-time, hybrid role based in Israel with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will lead a team of implementation professionals and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. You will manage timelines, prioritize project milestones, ensure alignment with client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical challenges, and contributing to continuous improvements in processes and methodologies.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform implementation, configuration, and customization
• Team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively
• Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable
• A relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous
