About the role:

As TREAT’s VP Marketing, you’ll lead our marketing efforts to grow our community, drive user engagement, and strengthen TREAT’s mission. This is an opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a fast-growing startup while creating a global impact on animal welfare.

You’ll oversee the creation of innovative campaigns, forge partnerships with influencers and shelters, and optimize our ad spending across platforms. You will be the architect of TREAT’s marketing strategy, balancing creative vision with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute TREAT’s overall marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and brand recognition.
• Creative Campaigns: Develop compelling viral campaigns and content that resonate with pet lovers worldwide.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, shelters, and community leaders to amplify our mission.
• Ad Management: Oversee sponsored ad campaigns with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs and Incent. Working closely with their representatives to optimize performance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing metrics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet growth and ROI goals.
• Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, translating insights into actionable marketing directions.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity to achieve our vision.

Qualifications

• Proven Marketing Expertise: 3+ years in senior marketing roles with experience managing large B2C campaigns for mobile apps (Incent marketing and retargeting - strong advantage).
• Creative Vision: Demonstrated ability to create viral content and lead successful marketing campaigns.
• Passion for Animals: A genuine love for pets; experience with animal shelters is a strong advantage.
• Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms; experience creating viral posts is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing marketing data and translating it into actionable strategies.
• Design Skills: Experience in visual storytelling and branding is a bonus.
• Excellent Communication: English fluency is required; native-level proficiency is an advantage.

Full-time position, working from our office in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan
