As a full-time Data Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data architecture, pipelines, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, scalability, and availability while managing and mentoring a team of data engineers. This on-site role is based in the Center District, Israel, and involves leading data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring adherence to best practices in data engineering.

• Proficiency in Data Engineering tools and technologies, including SQL, ETL processes, and big data frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficiency in data pipeline and architecture design
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership, mentoring, and project management for technical teams
• Strong skills in Programming Languages (e.g., Python, Java) and familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and database optimization
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial technology or working within the banking/financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
