Role
I’m looking for a part-time Intern & Personal Assistant to work directly and exclusively alongside me, the Managing Partner of the firm. This is a hybrid role based out of our Herzliya office, with significant time spent in the field.
This is not a standard architectural internship. You will be my right hand — shadowing me through my day, joining me on site visits, sitting in on meetings, and helping me manage both the professional and personal sides of my work life. The scope is broad and goes well beyond architecture.
Because of the nature of this role, I’m looking for someone I can trust completely. You’ll be exposed to sensitive information, confidential discussions, and the inner workings of how I run my practice. Discretion and absolute reliability are non-negotiable — I need a true confidant, not just an assistant.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
• Accompanying me to site supervisions and field visits, including driving (valid license required) and writing up structured summaries afterward
• Helping me manage my professional and personal calendar
• Sitting in on meetings and producing clear, accurate summaries
• Turning my sketches into workable design materials
• 3D modeling and technical drafting
• Supporting a wide range of ad-hoc tasks across my workflow — professional and personal
What I’m looking for:
• Native-level Hebrew and English — mandatory
• Background in Architecture or a related field (current students or recent graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
• Strong command of Photoshop and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on familiarity and fluency with AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and similar tools) — and the ability to leverage them effectively in daily work
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle parallel tasks without dropping any
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sharp attention to detail and good instincts for problem-solving
• Valid driver’s license — essential
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Above all: maturity, discretion, and personal integrity. This role is built on trust.
