About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join and lead our Product team.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, energetic and motivated Product Manager who will join with a strong drive to move the product forward and work closely with the team to scale and develop the Product function.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the product management within the company, helping shape product direction and execution.
• Own and drive product features and initiatives from ideation through execution and release, ensuring strong impact across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product, business goals, and user needs.
• Reporting to the CEO
• Characterize and iterate on wireframes for new features
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
• Retrieving the customers' voice via technical support, interviews and surveys
• Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product life-cycle
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products 
• Prioritize product features and requirements, and lead the product development process from ideation to launch 
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in a gaming company (must)
• Genuine love for dogs and animal welfare
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, understanding of code development
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams & work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration & project management skills
• English: professional proficiency

Full-time position, working from our office in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan
