QA Supervisor

Padagis is seeking a QA Supervisor to join our team in Shoham.

The role includes responsibility for all Quality Assurance departmental activities, including:

• Submission and release of batch records
• In‑process controls during packaging reconciliation
• Investigation of deviations and non‑conformance events
• Handling quality complaints
• Conducting audits and employee training

The position includes office-based work alongside field work.

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:30, with availability for overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC within the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Russian – an advantage
