We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Systems Analyst to lead a major HR system implementation project, focusing on integration and migration processes within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project Management and Systems Analysis – חובה
• Strong background in leading HR system implementation projects
• Mandatory experience in HR integrations and data migration processes
• Experience managing end-to-end integration workflows between multiple systems
• Ability to gather business requirements, define system processes, and manage project delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Strong analytical and process-management skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken (mandatory)
