About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager (Freelance) to lead a critical, cross-functional initiative: selecting and implementing a CRM system for our B2C product.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end role for someone who can take full ownership, from mapping needs and defining the strategy, through solution evaluation, to hands-on implementation and adoption across the organization.

This is a 6-month engagement at 75% capacity, suited for an independent consultant or freelancer.

What You’ll Do

• Own the CRM project E2E - from discovery to full implementation
• Map current workflows, needs, and pain points across teams (CE, Growth, Ops, Finance, BIC, ETC.)
• Define a CRM strategy aligned with business goals and the customer lifecycle
• Evaluate build vs. buy approaches (internal development vs. external platforms)
• Research, assess, and recommend CRM solutions and vendors
• Design system architecture, data structures, and cross-team processes
• Lead implementation, including integrations with existing tools and systems
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure cross-functional collaboration
• Lead rollout, onboarding, and ensure strong adoption across teams
• Establish best practices and documentation, and lead a structured handover to internal ownership for ongoing maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading end-to-end (E2E) projects in fast-paced startup or scale-up tech environments - must
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, data flows, and cross-functional operations
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across the organization
• Strong project management skills - highly structured, organized, and execution-driven
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a freelance / consulting capacity
• Experience leading CRM implementations and evaluating CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar) - a strong advantage
• Experience in fintech, payments, or global products - a significant advantage
