Marketing Team Leader

A successful office-real-estate company is looking for a Marketing Team Leader to take full ownership of the company's marketing activity - from strategy to execution.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company’s growth, brand positioning, and revenue. You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, manage a team of 2 and external vendors, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Scope: Full-time from the office (1 workday from home)

Location: Tel Aviv, near a light-rail station

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
• Manage the marketing team and external vendors (digital, social, creative, PR, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns
• Own lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnels
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize marketing activities
• Lead branding initiatives, launches, and marketing asset creation
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, and at least one within a real-estate company
• 1+ years of experience leading a small marketing team (1-2 employees is enough)
• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and driving lead generation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM)
• Experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously
• High analytical skills and strong business orientation
• Experience working closely with sales teams - a significant advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
• Creative thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
