What will you do at SuperPlay?:

SuperPlay is looking for a hands-on, proactive Facilities & Office Maintenance Specialist to join our Operations team and take full ownership of our office environment.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, functionality, and overall appearance of our 5-floor office space — making sure everything runs smoothly so our teams can focus on building amazing games.

• Perform day-to-day repairs, including electrical work (e.g., replacing lighting fixtures, plumbing, and basic maintenance)
• Coordinate and work closely with external vendors and service providers (building maintenance, cleaning company, etc.)
• Handle office installations and maintenance, including mounting TVs and maintaining systems like Tami 4
• Manage soda supply, including replacing CO₂ cylinders and resolving issues with suppliers
• Support office changes such as furniture relocation and space adjustments
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of office functionality and appearance
  
  

• Hands-on experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations
• Basic technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Experience working with vendors and service providers
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• High level of ownership and attention to detail
