Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role located in Netanya. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, prepare accurate and timely financial statements, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budget preparation, overseeing audits, analyzing financial data, and contributing to strategic financial planning in support of business objectives. The individual will play a key role in enhancing financial processes and maintaining the organization's robustness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Solid background in Accounting and understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct financial analysis, monitor budgets, and oversee audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation is an advantage).
• Experience working as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior financial role.
• Familiarity with real estate development and/or construction industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
