We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to join our development team in a full-time hybrid position based in Ramat Gan.

In this role, you will design, develop, improve, and maintain back-end systems that support complex CRM and business software applications at scale. You will work with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, CI/CD processes, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools.

You will collaborate with front-end developers, product teams, and project stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

This role is ideal for a developer with strong technical ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building stable backend systems that support real business operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and application logic using C# and .NET Core
• Build, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs
• Design and optimize database structures, stored procedures, indexes, queries, and data flows using MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Develop scalable backend components that support growing data volume, user activity, and business complexity
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, code quality, and release reliability
• Write, maintain, and improve automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, and API tests
• Use modern development workflows, including version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment best practices
• Work with AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity, code quality, automation, and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate with front-end developers to connect APIs, services, and data-driven features
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Improve system performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in debugging and technical support when needed
• Contribute to backend architecture decisions and long-term system improvements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core
• Solid experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience working with scalable backend systems and performance-sensitive applications
• Strong experience with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries
• Experience with database design, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests
• Familiarity with AI tools for development, automation, debugging, documentation, or productivity
• Understanding of clean code, software architecture, security, and backend development best practices
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members

• Experience developing CRM, ERP, or business management systems
