This is a part-time, on-site Payroll Accountant role located in Israel. The Payroll Accountant will manage and process payroll for employees, ensure accurate calculation of wages, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include reconciling payroll accounts, preparing payroll reports, addressing payroll inquiries, and maintaining employment records. The role requires close collaboration with HR and Finance departments to support accurate and timely payroll processes.

• Proficiency in payroll systems, payroll processing, and payroll reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and relevant tax regulations
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to address payroll inquiries and collaborate with internal teams
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting software, and other relevant financial tools
• Previous experience in payroll or accounting roles is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll requirements specific to Israel is a strong plus
