A leading company in the field of surgical equipment and operating room devices is seeking a Leading Commercial Activity in the Surgical Field for surgical medical equipment.

This is a role with broad responsibility, direct influence on business development, and strong potential for professional growth alongside the expansion and leadership of the field.

The position is intended for field professionals who are highly familiar with the surgical and endoscopy field in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intensive field activity in operating rooms in the areas of surgery / endoscopy / capital equipment
• Ongoing work with surgical teams, biomedical engineering departments, procurement, and additional professional stakeholders
• Building and leading work plans, targets, and operational processes
• Developing activity with global suppliers and establishing infrastructure for future growth in the field
• End-to-end management of opportunities and sales processes
• Responsibility for orders, inventory, and operational processes
• Hands-on role requiring system-wide thinking, sound judgment, and technical understanding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the surgical field / medical equipment and devices – required
• Hands-on familiarity with operating room environments – required
• Bachelor’s degree – required
• Strong leadership skills, self-management, and accountability
• Technical understanding and strong self-learning ability
• System-wide perspective, judgment, and ability to work in field conditions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and reliability
• High intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
