PMO

The PMO supports and drives the successful execution of projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

This is a development role with clear potential to grow into a Project Manager position and includes approximately 15% international travel.

Job Description

• Monitor task progress and track project milestones
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and reports
• Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to the Head of Programs and project teams
• Work closely with Operations to support and track shipments and ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
• Support resource planning and allocation
• Identify potential risks and issues and contribute to mitigation actions
• Serve as a key communication link between project managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and consistent information flow

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree (mandatory)
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
• Excellent English
• Fast learner, independent, creative, and self-motivated
• Defense industry experience – advantage
