We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to manage partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand activity across global markets in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining business development, account management, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through research, outreach, and partnership development
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners end-to-end
- Own commercial performance, revenue, and reporting accuracy
- Analyze data to optimize deals, performance, and ROI
- Work closely with internal teams to improve results and scale activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech / performance marketing
- Experience in iGaming – high advantage
- Strong analytical skills (Excel – must)
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive revenue
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
