Business Development Manager (Senior) | AdTech / Performance

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to manage partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand activity across global markets in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining business development, account management, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through research, outreach, and partnership development
• Manage and grow a portfolio of partners end-to-end
• Own commercial performance, revenue, and reporting accuracy
• Analyze data to optimize deals, performance, and ROI
• Work closely with internal teams to improve results and scale activity

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AdTech / performance marketing
• Experience in iGaming – high advantage
• Strong analytical skills (Excel – must)
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive revenue
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
