A fast-growing AI company in Tel Aviv is looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help drive the next generation of real-time conversational AI.
If you're passionate about Speech Processing, Generative AI, and building systems that create realistic training simulations — this role is for you.
About the Role
You will:
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven product features
- Own the full solution lifecycle: from understanding product requirements → solving complex problems → deploying to production
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Backend, and Frontend teams to integrate scalable AI solutions
- Define and monitor model performance metrics (accuracy, bias, latency, real-time responsiveness)
Requirements
- M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of industry (non-academic) experience as a Data Scientist in LLM, NLP, or Speech Processing
- Strong Python skills
- Solid software engineering experience
Nice to Have
- Hands-on work with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent Systems, or RAG
- Experience building conversational AI systems
- Experience with data labeling & validation pipelines (Labelbox, SageMaker Ground Truth, Snorkel, or internal tools)
