Full Stack Engineer

Caast AI is a stealth-mode AI startup building at the intersection of agentic AI, digital influence, and the next generation of online interaction.

We already have a working MVP. Now we are building the first production version and onboarding our first customers.

You will join a strong founding team of second-time founders, working hand in hand with us from day one.

We are looking for a talented, hungry engineer who wants real ownership, real equity, and a serious early-stage challenge.

You have already built agentic systems end-to-end. You can show what you built, explain how you designed it, and prove you know how to scale it further.

You will own the stack end-to-end: frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, AI integrations, agent orchestration, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong full-stack skills
• Experience building agentic AI systems end-to-end
• Experience taking products from MVP to production and scale
• Ability to clearly show and explain what you have built
• Deep interest in AI, LLMs, agents, and automation
• High ownership, strong execution, and real hunger

Bonus Points

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks
• Experience building AI-native or SaaS products
• Previous founding engineer or early startup experience

Compensation

This is an equity-only role at this stage. There is no salary yet.

We are looking for someone who wants to join early, take real risk, and receive equity in return.
