Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing activity of one of our key focus areas , owning initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution.

This role combines independent thinking, hands-on execution, and close work with senior stakeholders, requiring both the ability to initiate and to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.

What you’ll do

• Lead the marketing activity of a specific domain, driving initiatives from strategy through planning and execution
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns, events, and content-driven initiatives
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape priorities, define messaging, and translate business needs into impactful marketing activities
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from ideation to execution and follow-through
• Write and produce high-quality marketing content and materials in English and Hebrew
• Manage multiple workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Manage and track marketing budgets aligned with activity plans
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, quality, and overall marketing effectiveness
• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all deliverables

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B - advantage)
• Proven experience in leading marketing initiatives and programs end-to-end
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders / executives
• Strong ability to drive projects independently while maintaining a hands-on approach
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience in building and executing marketing plans (campaigns, events, content)
• Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
