Matrix is hiring a Investigation & Control Analyst to join a leading financial organization.
This role involves characterization, support, and execution of testing for digital projects and processes, performing payroll controls and salary expense analysis, and taking part in the preparation of large-scale payroll budgets (billions of ILS). The position also includes preparing presentations for senior management and providing ongoing support to the department manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, support, and execute testing for digital projects and business processes
- Perform payroll controls and analyze salary-related expenses
- Take part in building and managing large-scale payroll budgets
- Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders and executives
- Provide ongoing analytical and operational support to the department manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 1–2 years of experience as an Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel, including advanced functions
- Proven experience in complex data extraction from SQL databases – חובה
- Experience with PowerPoint, including designing, editing, and delivering presentations
- Payroll Accountant certification
