Data Center Logistics & Procurement Manager

As a Logistics & Procurement Manager on the Production Team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of hardware, managing international shipping, maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple sites, and serving as a key project manager for facility expansions and migrations.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within a Data Center or high-tech environment.
• Negotiation: Proven track record of reducing CAPEX/OPEX through effective vendor negotiations.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with data center hardware (racks, PDUs, servers, fiber optics) and DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software.
• Project Management: Experience using tools like Jira to manage complex physical deployments.
• Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of Incoterms, HTS codes, and international shipping regulations.
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management
• Lead procurement efforts for servers, networking gear, and facility infrastructure.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements with Vendors.
• Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with key suppliers and local service providers.
• Shipping, Customs & Global Logistics
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-value equipment to various data center locations.
• Manage import/export documentation, customs clearances, and "Importer of Record" (IOR) requirements for international shipments.
• Resolve transit delays and manage insurance claims for damaged or lost goods.
• Inventory & Asset Lifecycle Management
• Maintain a real-time, accurate inventory database for all physical assets across all data center footprints.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Manage the "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for faulty hardware.
• Contract & Financial Administration
• Oversee all hosting contracts, colocation agreements, and cross-connect orders.
• Validate and process invoices from vendors and data center providers, ensuring alignment with contracted rates.
• Track monthly recurring costs (MRC) and assist in annual budget forecasting.
• Project Management & Infrastructure Expansion
• Act as the logistics lead for the build-out of new data centers and the decommissioning of legacy sites.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
