We’re looking for a Business & Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in a foundational role with broad exposure to business, marketing, and growth operations. This is a unique opportunity to enter the world of business analysis in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup environment, work closely with multiple teams, and directly impact how Aryon scales its go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and business research across industries.

Analyze and organize data to support marketing and growth initiatives.

Build and maintain datasets for conferences, prospects, and target accounts.

Support cross-functional projects and data-driven decision making.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.

Help improve internal workflows and business operations.

Own projects end-to-end in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

Strong interest in business, marketing, and growth.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Strong research and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, independent, and fast learner.

Strong written and verbal English- must.

Nice to have

Relevant degree (Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, etc.).

Startup experience, especially early-stage.

Familiarity with B2B marketing or cybersecurity.
