Principal Product Manager (Remote | EU + Israel)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building next-generation infrastructure in the observability and telemetry space. This is a high-impact opportunity for a deeply technical Product Manager to own strategic product initiatives across a complex platform used by developers, platform engineers, and SRE teams.

This is NOT a generalist PM role. The team is specifically looking for someone with strong observability domain expertise and hands-on experience operating software in production environments.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong startup experience in high-growth environments is essential

• Deep observability and telemetry expertise is a MUST

• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and the broader observability ecosystem

• Experience working on highly technical infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products

• Proven ability to drive product discovery through direct customer engagement

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership

• Experience defining product strategy, KPIs, and roadmap priorities

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning 0→1 or major strategic initiatives

Bonus points for:

• AI/ML product exposure

• Experience scaling products within complex technical environments

• Background operating software or infrastructure systems firsthand

The ideal background includes companies in:

Observability, monitoring, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, developer tooling, or adjacent ecosystems.
