Senior Product Engineer, Backend (Node.js + Go) Remote | EU and Israel

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building next-generation observability infrastructure for developers. This is a high-impact engineering role on a dedicated Agentic AI team, building the core runtime behind an AI-powered observability platform used by developers and SREs.

You’ll be working at the intersection of AI systems, distributed backend engineering, and production-grade infrastructure, where reliability, security, and performance truly matter.

What you’ll do:

• Build and evolve the backend powering agentic AI workflows for observability

• Work in Node.js (primary) with exposure to Go and polyglot environments

• Design and maintain secure code execution environments (sandboxed runtime for untrusted code)

• Partner closely with AI engineers to productionize and optimize agentic systems

• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of AI-driven workflows at scale

• Help define architecture for distributed, async, and event-driven systems

• Identify technical risks early and ensure production systems remain robust and secure

What they’re looking for:

• Strong startup experience in high-growth environments is essential

• Deep backend engineering experience (Node.js required, Go a strong plus)

• Strong interest in AI systems, agentic frameworks, or applied AI infrastructure

• Experience working on distributed systems, async workflows, or event-driven architectures

• Strong understanding of system reliability, debugging, and production operations

• Comfortable working in observability / telemetry-heavy environments (strong advantage / preferred)

• Experience building or operating secure systems that handle untrusted inputs/code

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
