Planning, leading, and implementing end-to-end DATA solutions for the organization’s needs.

Leading the organizational data management strategy.

Responsible for planning, designing, and managing data architecture across all stages: data collection, processing, storage, integration, and information consumption.

Job Description

• Planning and leading Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Defining logical and physical Data Models.
• Designing Data Integration processes – ETL/ELT Data Pipelines.
• Selecting, integrating, and implementing Big Data, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake technologies.
• Implementing standards and policies for Data Integrity and data security.
• Working closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Providing professional guidance and consulting to DATA teams and leading technological innovation initiatives.
• Building and implementing infrastructure supporting Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
• Evaluating, selecting, and implementing advanced DATA technologies, including Cloud, NoSQL, Graph DB, and more.

Job Requirements

1. Education

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree: Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Computer Science or equivalent (mandatory).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Information Science (advantage).
• Relevant certifications in Data Engineering (advantage).

2. Experience

• At least 3 years of experience leading DATA Architecture in a medium-to-large organization (mandatory).
• 5 years of experience in Data Management, Data Architecture, or Data Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Design Patterns, Data Modeling, and ETL/ELT processes (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems (such as MongoDB, Elastic, Cassandra).
• Experience with AI-based systems, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies (advantage).
• Experience with data orchestration tools and advanced technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop (advantage).
• Practical knowledge of Cloud technologies (advantage).

Additional Requirements

• Languages: Hebrew and business-level English proficiency (mandatory).
