Product Manager

A leading global Data Intelligence firm specializing in the collection, analysis, and monetization of large-scale data for a diverse international client base.

With approximately 150 employees worldwide and a significant R&D presence in Israel, the company operates at the intersection of high-scale user analytics and strategic business intelligence.

The offices are located in Tel Aviv, offering a hybrid model with one day of work-from-home.

The Role-

• Strategic Leadership: Report directly to the VP of Product, managing a small, high-impact team of 1-2 product managers.
• High-Scale B2C Management: Drive product strategy for platforms handling massive user volumes, ensuring seamless performance and data integrity at scale.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage advanced AI tools and methodologies to enhance data insights and automate product workflows.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering and data teams to translate complex data collection requirements into user-centric product features.
• Mentorship & Growth: Lead the professional development of your team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to core product initiatives.

Requirements-

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management roles
• Proven track record in B2C companies, managing products with very high user scales
• 1+ years of experience in people management or team leadership
• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools within the product lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable product strategies
