The Role

We are looking for a hands-on SecOps Team Lead to build and lead our security operations practice. You will own the day-to-day execution of security operations for our customers, lead a team of SecOps engineers, and serve as a trusted technical advisor in customer-facing engagements. This is a player-coach role — you will get your hands-on projects alongside your team while owning team performance, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SecOps engineers
• Define working procedures, playbooks, and escalation paths
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team members' professional growth
• Own hiring, onboarding, and performance of your team

Technical Hands-On

• Architect and tune cloud-native security tooling (CNAPP, Hyper Automation , AI-Security tec.)
• Engage with local Israeli innovative companies to bring best-of-bread security solutions.
• Develop and maintain detection rules, correlation logic, and automated response playbooks.
• Conduct risk assessments and security reviews for customers

Customer Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts
• Present operational reports, findings, and roadmaps to customer stakeholders including CISOs
• Lead QBRs and ongoing service reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand and improve security posture for existing customers

Operations & Delivery

• Ensure SLA compliance across managed accounts
• Drive continuous improvement of detection coverage and response times
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team on scoping new engagements
• Stay current with the threat landscape and translate it into actionable customer guidance

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior technical role
• Experience with EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint, or similar)
• Experience with Hyper automation tool such as “Torq,Tines, Palo Alto XSOAR,etc..”
• Proven ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience working in a customer-facing or managed security service environment
• Fluent Hebrew and professional English (written and spoken)

Advantage

• Familiarity with CNAPP / CSPM tools
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Microsoft SC-200, AWS Security Specialty
• Previous experience as a security integrator or MSSP
