We are recruiting a Multichannel Communication Team Lead for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a technological and operational team in the multichannel communication domain
- Work with Microsoft Marketing Automation platforms
- Manage and support processes in Azure environments
- Work with Kafka, KSQL, and SQL technologies
- Support omnichannel communication processes and integrations across multiple platforms
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing a technological or operational team
- Experience working with Microsoft Marketing Automation
- Experience working in an Azure environment
- Experience working with Kafka, KSQL, and SQL
- Experience with Omnichannel processes and WhatsApp Business integrations – advantage
