Digital Project Manager - Excellent English Speaker

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Project Manager who is an excellent English speaker for a full-time on-site role at our office in Azor. In this position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and team members, coordinating resources, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring content aligns with project goals and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and manage digital projects, including website development, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and other digital initiatives.

· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project objectives.

· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that project objectives are aligned with their expectations including scoping, creating projects briefs, and present solutions to clients.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including Account Managers, designers, developers, content creators, animators, marketing teams to ensure that all project aspects are completed efficiently.

· Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

· Ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard, meeting quality and performance expectations.

· Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential risks or problems.  

· Identifying opportunities, solutions or action plan to client needs. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Digital Project Management and general Project Management skills to ensure the seamless execution of client projects
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and liaise with clients across different regions
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Content Management to oversee relevant digital campaigns and strategies
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication and documentation
• Knowledge of digital technologies and trends, including website development, social media, content management, and analytics.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with agency or marketing environments is a plus.
