Who we are looking for? We are now looking for a Junior Sales Operations professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales efficiency and business growth by working at the intersection of sales, finance, and operations.

What you’ll be doing?

​

• Managing and maintaining CRM data (Monday) - ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the sales cycle operationally - quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and contract documentation
• Tracking pipeline, forecasts, and key sales metrics
• Building and improving sales processes, workflows, and reporting
• Working closely with Account Executives, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
• Supporting renewals and subscription management processes
• Assisting with pricing structures, approvals, and internal documentation
• Supporting marketing and sales initiatives - campaigns, events, and reporting analysis

What we’re looking for?

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM systems (Monday)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and reports
• BA in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS / tech / data companies
• Familiarity with sales processes and subscription-based business models
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
