Role Description

• Design and build production agentic systems — orchestration, tools, memory, evals

• Engineer prompts and structured outputs for real financial workflows

• Own frontend systems in Next.js 14+ with TypeScript (App Router, Server Components)

• Build backend services in Python/FastAPI with async-safe data pipelines

• Build and improve OCR + RAG pipelines for Hebrew real-estate documents

• Define APIs, observability, and CI/CD practices alongside the team

Must-Have

• 3–5 years production full-stack experience (Python + TypeScript/React)

• Production experience with LLMs / Document AI / NLP pipelines

• Strong prompt engineering — system prompts, evals, structured outputs (JSON mode, function calling)

• Python: FastAPI, asyncio, async HTTP clients (httpx/aiohttp), data processing

• Next.js 14+ with TypeScript — App Router, API routes, Server Components

• REST API design, authentication, error handling, observability

• Git, CI/CD, Docker, containerized environments

• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written)

Strong Bonus

• LangGraph / LangChain agentic systems in production

• OCR pipelines for Hebrew financial documents

• Hebrew NLP, RTL text processing, mixed-script handling

• RAG architectures — vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant), embeddings, chunking

• Eval frameworks (LangSmith, Braintrust, custom)

• Postgres, Redis, message queues

• Background jobs / worker patterns (Celery, Arq, BullMQ)

• Azure stack: Container Apps, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, Service Bus

• Domain background — fintech, real estate, legal-tech

Nice-to-Have

• Tailwind, shadcn/ui, modern component libraries

• WebSockets / Server-Sent Events for streaming AI responses

• Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry

• Pydantic, type-safe API contracts (tRPC, OpenAPI codegen)
