Couture Development Manager

Galia Lahav, the global fashion house renowned for couture bridal and evening wear, is looking

for a Couture Development Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead couture collection development from sketch to runway

• Work closely with designers, ateliers, suppliers, and artisans

• Oversee product development processes, fittings, and execution quality

• Manage and coordinate production planning and control (PPC) processes throughout

development and production stages

• Collaborate across multiple departments while maintaining timelines and production flow

• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, precision, and innovation aligned with the brand’s

DNA

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fashion development / bridal / luxury fashion

• Fashion design or fashion-related education – A MUST

• Experience in production planning and control (PPC) and product development

• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes

• Highly organized with strong project management skills

• Fluent English
