Senior QA Engineer – Data Division

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join Sheba’s Data Revolution and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our DATA & BI platforms.

• Lead and manage QA activities across DATA and BI environments
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive testing strategies for DATA systems and products, including functional, performance, and quality testing
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases and relevant test data
• Perform both manual and automated testing for ETL systems, Data Lakes, and BI reports
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed documentation of issues
• Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve system quality
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes (Test Automation)
• Ensure data quality through validation of data integrity, completeness, and accuracy
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint activities and product quality reviews
• Ensure compliance with DATA & BI standards and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and FHIR

• 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on DATA and BI environments
• Deep understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and BI concepts
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for testing purposes
• Experience developing detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and similar technologies
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS) – advantage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of English – written, verbal, and reading
