IT Coordinator – Sheba Impact (Part-Time)

Sheba Medical Center’s commercialization company, Sheba Impact Ltd., is a key part of ARC – Sheba’s global innovation ecosystem. The company is responsible for commercializing groundbreaking technologies and inventions developed at Sheba, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and digital health solutions.

Commercialization activities include intellectual property protection, fundraising for innovation projects, contract management, revenue collection, and preparation of reports for the board of directors, regulatory bodies, partners, and additional stakeholders.

Intellectual property is a core pillar of the commercialization process and represents a major part of the value created by Sheba Impact. We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our team and work closely with the Head of Intellectual Property to support the development and protection of innovative technologies as part of Sheba’s overall commercialization strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside the organization, including clinicians, patent attorneys, and business development teams.

• Develop dedicated AI tools for the intellectual property domain in collaboration with Sheba’s AI Center
• Support the implementation of IT systems for patent and agreement management
• Develop digital tools for internal organizational needs
• Process and analyze data from information systems to support management reporting
• Build data analysis models aligned with organizational goals and work plans
• Develop project models within defined budget frameworks
• Lead Monday.com customization and implementation processes to improve organizational integration and workflows

• Relevant academic background or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computing / Information Technology / IT
• Previous experience in a related field – advantage
• High level of English – mandatory
• High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work collaboratively and under tight deadlines
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities with an independent work style
• Excellent interpersonal skills
