Information Systems Coordinator – HR Division

Sheba Medical Center is looking for an Information Systems Coordinator to join the HR Division.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a leading healthcare organization in a challenging and impactful role, with end-to-end responsibility for information systems and computerized processes within the division.

• Full responsibility for requirements analysis, vendor collaboration, implementation, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with professional teams and headquarters units
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex reports and management dashboards (SQL / BI)
• Retrieve, analyze, and present data to relevant stakeholders
• Build and maintain integrations between systems, including script writing and support for existing interfaces
• Work closely with IT teams, BI units, and end users across the organization
• Actively participate in the development of technological tools and solutions to improve and streamline work processes

• Proven experience working with enterprise information systems – mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and databases (SQL Server, Oracle) – mandatory
• Experience developing BI reports and analytical tools – mandatory
• Deep understanding of business and operational processes within complex organizations, particularly in HR and payroll domains
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and a structured approach to problem solving
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, accountability, and strong prioritization abilities
• Initiative, proactivity, and motivation to drive impact
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantage
