System Validation engineer

A successful global startup at the forefront of high-speed communication technology, developing advanced chips that power the world's largest data centers.

The company’s hardware is critical for enabling the massive data throughput required by modern cloud infrastructure and AI workloads.

The offices are located in the Central District near the train station, offering a hybrid model with two days of work-from-home.

The Role-

• Analog Expertise: Lead the planning, testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on Validation: Utilize advanced lab equipment to perform deep-dive debugging and performance verification of Integrated Circuits (ICs).
• PCB Design & Layout: Design complex schematics using Orcad and manage layouts via Allegro, specifically for analog, mixed-signal, and FPGA applications.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts in Python, Perl, or Tcl to automate test sequences and streamline data collection.
• Component-Level Research: Conduct rigorous testing on high-performance components, including PLLs, DLLs, SERDES, and high-speed converters (ADC/DAC).

Requirements-

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in test development and debugging for mixed-signal Integrated Circuits (ICs)
• Proven expertise in Analog circuit design and validation
• Significant experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in PCB Design (Orcad for schematics and Allegro for layout)
• Proficiency in writing scripts/code in Python, Perl, or Tcl
• Deep knowledge of component testing: PLL, DLL, SERDES, LDO, ADC/DAC, and voltage references
