Assistant Controller (Temporary Replacement for Maternity Leave)

Silicom Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team for a temporary maternity leave replacement position for a minimum period of one year.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global high-tech company traded on NASDAQ and work closely with different departments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
• Assist with audit requests and work with external auditors
• Support SEC and US GAAP reporting processes
• Participate in internal control and compliance processes

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• Experience from a Big 4 accounting firm – advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with US GAAP and publicly traded companies – advantage
• Experience with Priority ERP – advantage
