Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Tel Aviv office. This part-time, hybrid opportunity offers hands-on experience across HR, Operations, and Business Development functions, providing exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic and growing team.
What You’ll Do
As a Summer Intern, you will support a variety of cross-functional initiatives, including:
- Assisting with day-to-day HR, Operations, and Business Development assignments
- Performing back-office administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining internal records
- Supporting the development and execution of team strategies in Israel
- Providing general support to team members and partners across multiple projects
- Conducting market research and contributing to business development strategies
- Assisting with real-world business development use cases and client-facing initiatives
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for events, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Helping identify and connect with potential local clients and business partners
- Supporting the planning and coordination of business and networking events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in HR, operations, and/or business development
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Practical, hands-on experience in multiple business functions
- Exposure to strategic decision-making and business development processes
