Senior Environmental Engineer

A. Adiran Engineering & Agencies Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Engineer (Mechanical/Environmental) to lead complex sales projects in the infrastructure and green energy sectors.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine a solid engineering background with a strong commercial and business orientation. The position reports directly to the CEO, with a fast-track promotion path to managing the Environmental Department (Scale-up).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: End-to-end responsibility for long-term, multi-million NIS projects in green energy, wastewater treatment, tunnel ventilation, and air pollution control.
• Technological Implementation: Working with consulting firms, environmental engineers, and mechanical engineers to implement advanced technological solutions.
• Commercial & Client Management: Ongoing collaboration with professional tiers in leading industries, preparing price quotes, and conducting negotiations in Israel and abroad.

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or managing complex projects – Significant Advantage.
• High-level English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Personal Skills: Responsibility, leadership abilities, business orientation, and multi-tasking.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD – Advantage.
• Residence in the Center region. Long-term commitment is required.
