This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Security and Systems Team Leader located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Team Leader will oversee and manage the organization's information security initiatives, ensuring the security of applications, networks, and data. Responsibilities include designing and implementing security policies, leading and supporting a team of security professionals, addressing cybersecurity risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place.

• Strong expertise in Application Security, Information Security, and Cybersecurity to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks
• Proficiency in Network Security, including detecting and responding to network vulnerabilities and enhancing defense mechanisms
• Proven experience in Team Leadership, including mentoring, managing, and coordinating daily activities of a team
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are considered an advantage
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
