Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Ramat Gan, Israel, for a Partners Operations Manager. The role involves managing and optimizing partner relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration with vendors on the platform, and driving operational excellence to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities include tracking partner performance, coordinating onboarding and training, resolving operational challenges, and aligning processes to enhance customer experiences. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Partnership management and vendor relationship skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Operational and workflow management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to track and assess partner performance
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, particularly with customer success, product development, and marketing teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with employee experience, trends, or marketplace models is a plus
