We’re hiring for an early-stage AI startup building the future of hiring through networks, trust signals, and relationship intelligence.
Two second-time founders with experience across recruiting, HRTech, AI, and company building- with direct access to global customers and industry networks.
We’re currently at the 0→1 stage:
- Building the first product
- Working with early market feedback
- Moving fast with real-world validation
Looking for a hands-on Co-Founder & CTO who:
- Loves building from zero
- Strong in backend/infrastructure
- Product-minded
- Has experience building B2B / SaaS products
- Excited about AI systems, agents, and fast iteration
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage chaos
- Founder mentality
Israel-based preferred (Tel Aviv area).
