We are looking for a business-oriented AI & Automation Lead to help the organization improve the way teams work, collaborate, and operate through the smart adoption of AI and automation solutions.

This role is not focused on software development or technical implementation. Instead, it is centered around understanding organizational processes, identifying operational challenges, improving workflows, and leading change across teams. The position requires a strong business mindset, and the ability to translate new technologies into practical day-to-day solutions that create real impact. The technical and development aspects of AI implementation will be supported and guided by the CTO and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational initiatives focused on improving processes and operational efficiency through AI and automation
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements that support business goals
• Drive the adoption of AI tools across teams in a way that is structured, user-friendly, and aligned with company needs
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to redesign processes and improve collaboration between teams
• Build internal guidelines, playbooks, and best practices for effective and responsible AI usage
• Support employees and managers in integrating AI tools into their daily work routines
• Lead training and enablement activities to encourage adoption and improve employee experience
• Help create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and “Human + AI” collaboration
• Ensure organizational alignment, change management, and smooth implementation of new workflows and tools

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Experience leading organizational processes, operational improvements/
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern workplace technologies from a business and operational perspective
• Experience improving workflows, productivity, or team collaboration processes
• Experience building training materials and leading organizational enablement processes
• Ability to communicate change initiatives clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences and teams
