About the Role

A global technology company specializing in advanced automated systems is looking for a senior multidisciplinary technology leader to drive the company’s development and project activities.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technology expert with deep system-level understanding and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. We are looking for someone who can connect software, hardware, electronics, control systems, and mechanics into fully integrated solutions, while leading teams through professional expertise and technological vision.

The position combines technological leadership, complex project execution, product innovation, integration of advanced technologies including AI, and collaboration with international customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of complex multidisciplinary automation systems
• Drive technological innovation, product improvements, and implementation of advanced technologies, including AI-based solutions
• Define and execute technology and product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide hands-on leadership in solving complex system and architecture challenges
• Oversee delivery and implementation of technological projects for global customers
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams in a dynamic matrix environment
• Improve development processes, system architecture, integration, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with software, control, mechanical, and project management teams
• Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree — an advantage
• Strong technological capabilities with broad system-level understanding
• Proven experience in development and/or integration of complex systems
• Practical understanding of software, electronics, control systems, and mechanics integration
• Experience leading engineering teams or complex technological projects
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Passion for technology, innovation, and building advanced systems
